Requirements for EAPs in Vietnam
While EAPs are normally designed for larger companies with 200+ employees. However, Employee Benefits Asia has a business Lite package, which is designed for any number of employees. We recommend having at least 20 employees.
Employees can be full-time, part-time, independent contractors. They can live in Vietnam or elsewhere in Asia. For expats, it does not matter if they have a work permit or TRC yet or not.
