April uniquely offers the ability to mix & match plans, so you can create a bespoke plan, choose from 4 different levels on inpatient and then three levels of outpatient, dental & maternity respectively.
Medical Health Disregarded (MHD)
Pre-existing conditions can be covered and waiting periods can be waived if you have at least 10 adults in the policy (employee or dependents). Though any material facts would need to be declared still like: current cancer, pregnancy, current hospitalizations & planned surgeries.
